Unlocking the built world’s full potential

The built world represents the most valuable class of assets there is. Now it can fulfill its potential.

The way people transact, occupy and engage with the built world can be fundamentally improved. We’re making it happen through digitising interiors with a level of accuracy and consistency nobody’s seen before. Along the way we’re transforming industries the world over.

The bar has been raised. A new class of data-powered, smarter physical assets has arrived.

Building a better future

Pupil’s commitment to innovation delivers paradigm-shifting capabilities, bringing physical assets to life in a number of new ways. The global impact across health and safety and environmental sustainability are vast:

  • Smarter

We will support smart cities by enabling portfolio assessment and remote diligence of verified datasets for safety, security, and energy performance.

  • Safer

We believe predictive data analytics and energy profiling will enable insights for consumers in home safety, security, and efficiency.

  • Sustainable

We're exploring how to reduce the carbon footprint necessary for diligence and operations around property, and create a more efficient energy footprint.

A more sustainable world

We're in business to change the way the Built World performs.

It's no secret that the Built World generates a large portion of the world's carbon emissions. We aim to use the resources we have—our business, our data, our partnerships and our focus—to do something about it.

Pupil grew out of a belief that spatial data of interiors, at scale, will radically impact and transform cities as we know them. We are actively exploring how this data can be deployed to deliver a new paradigm of sustainability across portfolios and properties globally.

By working with leading academic and government institutions as well as sustainability-focused partners, we believe that we can truly impact the future of the built world.
